Memoria · 拾忆（以下简称“本应用”）是一款用于记录生日、纪念日与重要日子的工具。我们高度重视你的隐私。本应用不设账号、不设服务器，也不会收集或上传你的任何个人信息到我们这里。

1. 我们收集哪些信息

我们不收集任何个人信息。你在本应用中创建的内容（如姓名、日期、备注、颜色等）仅保存在你的设备本地。

2. iCloud 同步

如果你登录了 iCloud 并开启同步，你的数据会通过 Apple 的 CloudKit 私有数据库在你自己的 iPhone、iPad、Apple Watch 之间同步。这些数据存储在你个人的 iCloud 账户中，受 Apple 的隐私政策保护，开发者无法访问、读取或获取这些内容。

3. Face ID / 面容与密码

如果你启用了应用锁，本应用会调用系统的本地身份验证（Face ID / Touch ID / 设备密码）来解锁。相关生物识别数据由系统在设备本地处理，本应用不会接触、存储或传输任何生物识别信息。

4. 通知提醒

本应用使用本地通知在你设定的时间提醒纪念日，通知内容仅在你的设备上生成，不经过任何服务器。

5. 第三方与追踪

本应用不包含任何广告、第三方分析、埋点或追踪 SDK，不会将数据分享给任何第三方。

6. 数据的保存与删除

你的数据完全由你掌控。你可以随时在应用内编辑或删除记录；删除 iCloud 中的数据可在系统「设置 → iCloud」中管理。卸载应用即删除本地数据。

7. 儿童隐私

本应用不面向 13 周岁以下儿童定向收集信息；由于我们本就不收集任何个人数据，因此适用于所有年龄的使用者。

8. 政策变更

若本政策有更新，我们会在本页面发布最新版本并更新生效日期。

9. App Store 版本

本政策适用于通过 Apple App Store 获取的 Memoria · 拾忆。App Store 中的展示名称为“Memoria · 拾忆”。Apple 可能依据其隐私政策处理下载、Apple ID、购买或评价相关信息；该等信息不由本应用收集或控制。

Memoria · 拾忆 (the “App”) helps you record birthdays, anniversaries, and the days that matter. We take your privacy seriously. The App has no accounts and no servers of ours, and we do not collect or upload any of your personal information to us.

1. Information We Collect

We collect nothing. The content you create in the App (names, dates, notes, colors, etc.) is stored locally on your device.

2. iCloud Sync

If you are signed in to iCloud and enable sync, your data syncs across your own iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch through Apple’s CloudKit private database. This data lives in your personal iCloud account, protected by Apple’s privacy policy, and the developer cannot access or read it.

3. Face ID / Biometrics & Passcode

If you enable App Lock, the App uses the system’s local authentication (Face ID / Touch ID / device passcode) to unlock. Biometric data is handled entirely on-device by the system; the App never accesses, stores, or transmits any biometric information.

4. Notifications

The App uses local notifications to remind you of upcoming days. Notifications are generated on your device and never pass through any server.

5. Third Parties & Tracking

The App contains no ads, no third-party analytics, and no tracking SDKs, and does not share data with anyone.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

Your data is entirely under your control. You can edit or delete records in the App at any time; iCloud data can be managed in Settings → iCloud. Deleting the App removes local data.

7. Children’s Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect information from children. Since we collect no personal data at all, it is suitable for users of all ages.

8. Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date.

9. App Store Version

This policy applies to Memoria · 拾忆 obtained through the Apple App Store, where its display name is “Memoria · 拾忆”. Apple may process information related to downloads, Apple IDs, purchases, or reviews under its own privacy policy; that information is not collected or controlled by the App.

3. 第三方、追踪与网络

本应用不接入第三方 SDK、统计分析、广告或推送服务；不收集设备标识、位置、通讯录或相册信息；不共享、出售或传输你的数据，也不进行网络请求。

4. 数据删除

你可在应用内删除记录并清空回收站；卸载本应用会删除其产生的全部本地数据。由于没有网络备份，更换设备或卸载后数据无法恢复。

Memoria · 拾忆 (the “App”) is a local tool for recording birthdays, anniversaries, and important dates. The App has no accounts, servers, or network access, and does not collect or upload personal information.

This is the HarmonyOS / Huawei AppGallery version, where the display name is “拾忆”. iCloud and cloud sync exist only in the App Store version; this version has no cloud or network capability.

1. Information and Local Storage

We collect no personal information. Your event names, dates, notes, colors, and reminder settings stay in the application sandbox on your device through HarmonyOS RelationalStore and Preferences.

2. Permission

The App uses only the notifications / publish reminder agent permission (ohos.permission.PUBLISH_AGENT_REMINDER) to show reminders locally. You may disable it in system settings at any time.

3. Third Parties, Tracking, and Network Access

The App has no third-party SDKs, analytics, advertising, or push services. It does not collect device identifiers, location, contacts, or photos; it does not share, sell, or transmit data, and it makes no network requests.

4. Deletion

You can delete records in the App and clear the Recycle Bin; uninstalling deletes all local data created by the App. Because there is no network backup, data cannot be recovered after uninstalling or changing devices.
